  139. Once you have unarchived (or copied) all of RRR's files to a directory
  140. on your hard disk (e.g., C:\RRR), run RESTART.EXE from Windows. RRR
  141. will be automatically added to the LOAD= line in your WIN.INI file so
  142. that it runs whenever you start Windows.
